Chris Nicolay, Cluster Coordinator (cnicolay@unca.edu)
Humans are biological organisms, and therefore issues of health and illness are pervasive in all aspects of human existence. This cluster explores issues of human health and illness from the perspectives of different disciplines. The primary goal of this cluster is to prepare students to face the biomedical and social changes that will occur within their lifetimes, and to make informed and ethical decisions regarding these issues.
